Hello wonderful person!

My name is Heather and I am a classical viola player living in Cardiff and working pretty much everywhere and anywhere. I have a real passion for musicians getting the most out of their careers whether that’s through looking after their physical health, their online presence or making sure that their mental health isn’t in tatters!

We are so incredibly blessed to get to do what we love for a living and sometimes the joy of that can be lost in all the extraneous pressures. I mean, how many other jobs end in applause?

A lot of what I write about is from my own personal experience supplemented with input from my wonderful friends and colleagues!
